During the summer months there's lots going on in criccieth and surrounding area. 

Criccieth festival happens once a year in june and ends with a fireworks display launched from the top of the castle, it can be seen by much of the town.

Criccieth has two fair days which are the 23 May and 29 June each year. Should a fair day falls on Sunday it will be held the following day. The Fair ground is the main Town Car Park and the market is located on the public roads in the town centre.
